Classes
Ventilator Training Classes:
The ventilator skills lab consists of ventilator overview and hands-on training. Students learn:
- Ventilator mechanics
- Settings and their functions
- Battery function
- Safety checks
- Circuit tubing functions and cleaning
- Assembly of circuits

Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving
Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving is a class required by the state of Washington only for employees working at the Adult Family Homes. The course must be completed within 120 days of assignment at the Adult Family Home. This course is a self-study module and is provided to employees.
First Aid:
First Aid is required by the state of Washington only for those employed at the Adult Family Homes. This class is provided at the Alliance Nursing office on an as needed basis. Please call the office at 425.483.3303 or 1.800.473.3303 to sign up for the class.
Alliance Nursing employs two licensed CPR / First Aid instructors.
CPR Classes:
CPR classes are offered monthly for a small fee at the Woodinville office. Call 425.483.3303 or 1.800.473.3303 to sign up for a class. The certification is class C and good for 2 years.
