Alliance
Nursing Adult Family Homes
The three Alliance Adult Family
Homes—The
Lilac House in Kirkland, The Camellia House
in Lynnwood, and The Foxglove Meadow House in Snohomish,
WA specialize
in providing high tech,
complex patient care in
a home-like setting for
up to fourteen adults. Our
Adult Family Home clients
generally
have complex needs, and
are
ventilator dependent.
The
Adult Family Homes work well
for
clients in need of 24-hour
care, but who are allotted
benefits totaling less than
24 hours a day. In the Adult
Home, clients are able to
share home health benefits
and round the clock nursing
care to ensure their needs
are covered. RNs and LPNs
work 8 or 12 hour shifts,
24 hours per day, along with
nurse’s
aides, who also work around
the clock.
The homes are zoned single-family residences. Clients have individual bedrooms and are able to live in a dignified family-like setting. We do our utmost to ensure a high quality life, including considering clients’ food preferences when preparing meals, and taking clients on social outings. Typical outings include Mariners games, Tillicum Village, Seahawks games and shopping trips.
