History

A 20-year-history of individualized care.

In 1989, Andrea Bailey, RN and Mary Parkwell, RN, saw the need for a Home Health agency to serve the Puget Sound region of Western Washington. Together they formed Acute Care, Inc, and were soon meeting the needs of hundreds of families in the region for medically complex homecare. In addition to homecare services, they have established three Adult Family Homes that specialize in ventilator care support.

In late 2008, after 20 successful years as Andrea's business partner, Mary retired from Alliance Nursing. 

Today, as Alliance Nursing, we continue to serve more than 80 families a year.  We are committed to providing the additional training and supportive environment to attract and retain the most highly skilled nurses in the Puget Sound region.
